Brand Manager, PediaSure Performance & Delivery - Columbus, OH

Brand Manager – PediaSure Delivery & Performance Location: Columbus, OH – Nutrition Division. Responsibilities Lead all retail marketing related activities for the PediaSure brand including distribution and assortment strategy, pricing structure, promotional principles, and innovation launch plans. Participate in the development of business plans, identify areas of concern, and modify marketing programs to address changes in the marketplace. Maximize ROI and effectiveness of trade investments including promotion and partnership on shopper marketing activities. Direct the analysis of the business overseeing consumption, including drivers, priorities, and growth opportunities. Lead retail strategy including channel strategy, National Sales Meeting presentations, Business Planning Guide, and sell‑in stories for innovation launches, supporting price and forecast for new items in partnership with the innovation team. Partner with Design team on brand positioning and campaign to develop plan to pull through to retail. Assess potential market expansion opportunities such as new distribution channels and competitive threats. Present brand and marketing programs to senior management. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to achieve objectives, including external customers, Field Sales, R&D, Regulatory Affairs, Manufacturing, Logistics, Public Affairs, Marketing and Executive Management, and external vendors or agencies. Required Qualifications 5–7 years of progressively responsible product management experience in health care or consumer packaged goods. Financial and budget management experience and skills. Demonstrated effective leadership competencies. Demonstrated leadership and success in project management. Proven ability to develop and execute complex strategic business plans. Strong analytical skills, including experience with financial models. Strong communication and presentation skills. Ability to collaborate with cross‑functional teams to attain business objectives. BA/BS Degree in Marketing. Preferred Qualifications MBA strongly preferred due to the business complexity and P&L responsibility of the position. Compensation The base pay for this position is $99,300.00 – $198,700.00. In specific locations, the pay range may vary from the range posted.
