Role Description The Bar Manager is a full-time, on-site role based at IGOT'S MARTIKI BAR in Lake Worth, FL. This role oversees daily bar operations, including managing staff schedules, supervising bartenders, and ensuring excellent customer service. The Bar Manager is responsible for inventory control, ordering supplies, monitoring stock levels, and maintaining compliance with health, safety, and alcohol regulations. Day-to-day activities include training and coaching team members, handling guest concerns, supporting sales initiatives and promotions, and ensuring the bar’s cleanliness and organization. The Bar Manager also collaborates with ownership on menu development, pricing, and revenue goals while fostering a positive, respectful work environment. Qualifications Strong customer service and communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with guests and team members. Experience in food & beverage operations, including bar service, drink preparation, and coordination with kitchen staff. Ability to train, mentor, and support team members to uphold service standards and operational procedures. Sales awareness, including support for promotions, upselling, and meeting revenue targets. 3 years previous experience as a bar manager or similar supervisory role in hospitality. Knowledge of local health, safety, and alcohol service regulations and best practices. Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with attention to cleanliness and detail. Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required by bar operations. High school diploma or equivalent; additional hospitality or management training is a plus. #J-18808-Ljbffr
