Serving Monmouth, Middlesex, Somerset & Union Counties, NJ

BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking compassionate, dedicated Registered Nurses (RNs) to join our Visits team that services Monmouth, Middlesex, Somerset & Union Counties, NJ on a full time, part time or per diem, per-visit basis .

Responsibilities

As a Home Health Registered Nurse, you will:

• Provide skilled nursing care to adult and geriatric clients in accordance with individualized care plans
• Complete approximately 5–6 patient visits per day within a designated territory
• Perform comprehensive nursing assessments and ongoing evaluations
• Administer medications, wound care, treatments, and disease management interventions
• Educate patients and caregivers to promote independence and improve health outcomes
• Collaborate with physicians and the interdisciplinary care team to ensure exceptional patient care
• Accurately document patient care and clinical outcomes

Qualifications

• Current New Jersey Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing
• Minimum of one year of clinical nursing experience preferred
• Previous home health experience is welcomed but not required
• Strong assessment, communication, and organizational skills
• Reliable transportation to travel throughout Monmouth County

Additional Information

Base Pay, depending upon qualifications, status, and subject to negotiation:

$65.00-$75.00 per point ($101,400- $117,000 annual earning potential)
