Job Description Job Description DuPratt Ford Dixon is seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales Manager to lead our new/used car sales team in Dixon, CA. This role requires a passionate leader who can drive sales growth, manage customer relationships, and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the automotive sales process and a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Responsibilities * Lead, coach, and motivate the sales team to achieve dealership goals. * Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase new/used car sales. * Maintain strong relationships with customers and ensure excellent customer service. * Monitor market trends and competitor activity to adapt sales strategies. * Manage inventory levels and coordinate with the stock department to ensure availability of vehicles. * Prepare sales reports and forecasts for management review. * Ensure compliance with all dealership policies and local regulations. Requirements * Proven experience as a Sales Manager or similar role within the automotive industry. * Strong leadership and interpersonal skills. * Excellent communication and negotiation abilities. * Ability to analyze sales data and market trends. * Familiarity with automotive finance and leasing * Strong background in internet lead handling. * Vehicle ordering experience is preferred. * Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
