Customer Service Coordinator

Job Description We are seeking an organized and personable Customer Service Coordinator to support daily customer interactions and ensure service-related activities are handled efficiently. This position combines direct customer assistance with coordinating requests, maintaining accurate information, and helping customers receive timely support throughout their experience. The Customer Service Coordinator will serve as a connection between customers and internal team members, helping manage inquiries, clarify service procedures, and ensure outstanding requests receive appropriate attention. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, communicates effectively, and enjoys working in a collaborative, customer-focused environment. Key Responsibilities Coordinate incoming customer inquiries and determine appropriate next steps. Assist customers with questions regarding products, services, and available options. Organize customer requests to support timely and accurate responses. Communicate relevant customer information to appropriate team members. Track outstanding inquiries and follow up on requests requiring additional attention. Help customers understand service procedures, requirements, and available resources. Maintain accurate and organized customer information and service documentation. Assist with updating customer records and verifying relevant details. Provide customers with updates regarding the status of their requests. Coordinate routine service-related activities with colleagues. Identify requests requiring specialized assistance and direct them appropriately. Help resolve scheduling or communication issues affecting customer service activities. Prepare informational materials and documentation for customer interactions. Monitor recurring customer questions and communicate common concerns to the team. Assist with maintaining organized customer service resources and work areas. Support customer communication during promotional activities and service updates. Help ensure customer-facing information remains accurate and consistent. Participate in team discussions regarding service procedures and customer needs. Follow established company guidelines for customer information and service coordination. Complete additional customer service and administrative responsibilities as assigned. Requirements Bachelor's degree or 1–2 years of experience in customer service, business administration, client relations, hospitality, or a related field. Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills. Excellent organizational abilities and attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple customer requests and competing priorities. Professional and approachable communication style. Strong listening skills and practical problem-solving abilities. Comfortable maintaining customer records and routine documentation. Ability to communicate information clearly between customers and colleagues. Dependable with strong follow-through on assigned responsibilities. Comfortable learning new service procedures and internal systems. Ability to work independently while supporting team objectives. Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with standard office applications. Adaptable and composed in an active customer-facing environment.
