Dispatcher/Customer Service/Purchasing

Job Type: Full-Time
Compensation: [$24.00/HR]

We are seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Customer Service Dispatcher to join our team. This role operates in a fast-paced, high-volume environment where strong communication, quick decision-making, and accountability are essential.

You will be responsible for coordinating service requests, communicating with customers and field staff, and ensuring timely and accurate dispatching of work. and purchasing of parts.

Key Responsibilities

Receive, prioritize, and dispatch incoming service requests
Communicate clearly and professionally with customers and field teams
Track jobs from start to completion and update systems accurately
Handle urgent or high-pressure situations with professionalism and urgency
Maintain accurate records and documentation
Problem-solve quickly and escalate issues when needed
Ensure service standards and response times are met

Preferred Experience

Dispatcher, call center, logistics, or customer service experience. Knowledge of Streak and Service Channel.
Experience handling multiple priorities in a high-volume setting
