Training Manager

Position Overview and Primary Duties and Responsibilities Shields Point, LLC (SPLLC), a subsidiary of Alutiiq, LLC, offers a Training Manager role supporting the New Boston Space Force Station located in New Boston, New Hampshire. The Training Manager identifies and assesses training needs, creates tailored training plans, implements training methods, monitors effectiveness, manages budgets, and stays updated on training trends. They conduct induction and orientation sessions, evaluate ROI, and maintain training records while ensuring compliance with regulations and policies. The role also coordinates contract‑required training in firearms, weapon qualifications, legal updates, tactical training, and emergency preparedness. Qualifications and Experience Must be at least 21 years of age. US citizenship required under a government contract. Possess and maintain Secret Clearance. Valid Driver’s License; no felony convictions. Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university. Law enforcement or security experience may substitute for post‑high‑school education. Experience and knowledge of teaching tactics, unarmed defense, intermediate force, first aid/CPR, and other security and/or law enforcement methodologies. Certified Firearms Instructor from the NRA or a Federal Law Enforcement Agency, or ability to complete required training. Proficient in Microsoft applications and quick to learn new computer programs. Strong written communication; ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with clients, public safety coworkers, and the public. Salary Range $105,000 to $115,000 per year, based on experience and qualifications.
