Office Manager

Overview We're looking for an organized, dependable Office Manager to help keep our real estate office running smoothly. If you enjoy working with people, staying organized, and being part of a collaborative team, we'd love to hear from you. What you'll do Welcome clients and agents as the first point of contact in the office. Keep the office organized and running efficiently. Assist our Operations Manager with basic accounting tasks. Work with our Marketing Director on advertising and marketing projects. Help wherever needed - every day is a little different. What we're looking for Friendly, professional, and organized. Strong communication skills and a confident phone presence. Willingness to learn and take on new responsibilities. No real estate experience required - we're happy to train the right person. The details In-person position. 35–40 hours per week with a flexible schedule. Salary based on experience. Health insurance available after 60 days.
