Business Systems AnalystThe Business Systems Analyst (BSA), acts as liaison between IT and business functions, to help build business solutions. BSA works with IT Development teams on getting solutions and changes implemented, from turning business requirements into actionable tasks, and testing to ensure the code has been developed to meet the requirements. In this role, you will work with multiple product and business teams to define and test the solution for our business and systems.Skills: Should have successfully completed multiple, complex technical projects Ability to communicate in a clear and concise professional manner, tailored to the appropriate audience; including both verbal and written communications Ability to lead and work multi-functionally within a business unit team and have strong influencing skills Able to handle multiple priorities and complex tasks in a dynamic work environment Experience preparing end-user documentation and conducting end-user training Ensure all program artifacts (BRD's, Design Docs, Test Plans, etc.) are completed and approved in a timely fashion and are saved in the program's central repository Work cross functionally with IT (and other groups) to understand our business ecosystem, governance, and transition management in order to facilitate smooth delivery of all projects Understanding of SCRUM Agile Methodology Working understanding of Jira Ability to understand complex business problems and interpret business and technical requirements Business process reengineering experience, Six Sigma certification etc. is a plusEducation: Degree in Information Systems or a related discipline, advanced degree would be a plus Experience in one or many of: CPQ, Salesforce, SAP - certification is a plus Business Analysis experience in a high-tech (preferable software) company a plus Minimum 3 years of experience preparing as-is process documentation, to-be process documentation, and performing detailed gap analysis On-CallRequired Skills: BUSINESS ANALYSES IT PROJECT MANAGEMENTLocation: Santa Clara, CA 3000 Tannery Way My3Tech Inc
