Key Responsibilities

As a Physical Therapist at Deep Care Physical Therapy, your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Conducting thorough evaluations to develop individualized treatment plans for patients referred by physicians, addressing specific needs and goals.
• Implementing treatment programs that encompass a variety of specialties including orthopedics, pediatrics, neurology, and sports medicine.
• Providing skilled therapeutic care at the clinic and, when necessary, at patients' homes to align with the physicians' plan of care.
• Offering education and training to patients and their caregivers, empowering them with knowledge regarding their treatment and recovery processes.
• Maintaining excellent customer service standards, fostering a welcoming environment for both patients and their families.
• Collaborating with the healthcare team to enhance patient satisfaction and outcomes through the adoption of best practices in rehabilitation.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our patient population is diverse, ranging from children to seniors, and includes individuals recovering from various conditions such as musculoskeletal injuries, neurological disorders, and post-surgical rehabilitation. Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

• A Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited program.
• A valid State license to practice physical therapy in New Jersey.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with an ability to effectively interact with patients, caregivers, and colleagues.
• Proficient in word processing and computer skills to manage patient documentation and communications efficiently.

Preferred Experience
