We are looking for a Service Customer Care Representative who enjoys helping others, creating positive experiences, and making each guest feel valued. What You'll Do:

Welcome every guest with a smile and genuine care
Help schedule and organize service appointments
Keep customers updated and informed along the way
Support our service team so the experience is smooth and stress-free
