Job Title: Hybrid Project Manager / Estimator (Electrical) Location: Twin Cities Metro, MN Employment Type: Full‑Time Representing a growing commercial electrical contractor in the Southwest Twin Cities metro, the company seeks to add a Project Manager / Estimator to increase internal capacity and support continued growth. The role will work closely with ownership and play a hands‑on part in managing active projects and supporting estimating efforts. Responsibilities: Oversee multiple commercial electrical projects ranging from $50K–$2M Assist with estimating, bidding, and project handoff Coordinate with field teams, clients, and vendors Manage budgets, schedules, documentation, and change orders Support day‑to‑day operational and office needs Ideal Background: 3–8+ years of project management and/or estimating experience in construction Electrical background preferred (but not required) Comfortable managing multiple projects at once Organized, proactive, and team-oriented #J-18808-Ljbffr Solid Rock Recruiting LLC
