Customer Account Coordinator

Position Overview

Ultimate Staffing Services is currently seeking a dedicated Customer Account Coordinator to join their client's dynamic team in Solana Beach. This position plays a crucial role in managing customer relationships and ensuring a high level of satisfaction through efficient account management and excellent communication.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries and account management.
• Maintain and update customer accounts with accurate and timely information.
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Assist in resolving customer issues and complaints with a positive attitude.
• Prepare reports and analyze customer data to improve service quality.
• Develop strong relationships with customers to foster loyalty and retention.
• Ensure all interactions align with company policies and customer service standards.

Qualifications

• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Previous experience in customer service or account management is preferred.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

Required Work Hours

8am - 5pm, Monday - Friday
