Key Responsibilities:

• Perform daily accounting tasks including journal entries, account reconciliations, and accounts payable/receivable processing
• Assist with month-end and year-end close processes
• Support the preparation of financial statements and reports
• Maintain accurate financial records and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
• Help with audits by providing necessary documentation and information
• Collaborate with the accounting team to identify and resolve discrepancies
• Utilize accounting software and Microsoft Excel for data entry and analysis

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• 1–2 years of relevant accounting experience
• Strong knowledge of basic accounting principles and practices
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Effective communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment
• Ability to handle sensitive information confidentially
