The Position:

The Team:

The Derivatives and Fintech team advises leading financial institutions, fintech companies, cryptocurrency businesses, trading platforms and asset managers on complex financial transactions, regulatory matters, litigation and investigations. The team has particular expertise in derivatives regulation, digital assets, cryptocurrency, trading platform compliance and financial market infrastructure, helping clients navigate rapidly evolving regulatory frameworks. Combining extensive transactional experience with lawyers who have held senior positions at regulatory bodies such as the SEC, CFTC and DOJ, the team is well positioned to handle novel and high-stakes legal issues. Its work spans strategic M&A transactions, regulatory compliance and high-profile litigation, making it a distinctive practice at the intersection of traditional finance and emerging financial technologies.

The Ideal Candidate:

• A minimum of two years of meaningful law firm experience.
\n
• Admitted to the New York bar, or eligibility to waive into the bar.
\n
• Strong understanding of derivatives, with proven experience from a top 200AM ranked law firm.

• Demonstrated ability to manage substantial portions of transactions with increasing levels of autonomy.
