HR & Business Growth Partner

Easy Button Employee Relations is looking for an experienced HR professional who wants the flexibility and variety of consulting work while helping build a growing business alongside the owner. This is a unique opportunity for someone who enjoys strategic HR work, payroll and compliance, relationship building, and being part of something entrepreneurial without taking on the full risk of starting a business alone.

This role is currently very part-time and flexible, but has strong potential to grow over time. We are looking for someone who wants to contribute ideas, support clients, help grow the business, and become a trusted partner as the company continues to expand.

What You’ll Do

• Provide fractional HR support to small business clients
• Assist with employee relations, onboarding, policies, and compliance
• Support payroll administration across multiple payroll systems
• Work within various HRIS and payroll platforms
• Help support internal administrative and operational tasks
• Participate in networking and business development efforts
• Build relationships with clients and identify growth opportunities

What We’re Looking For

• Strong HR compliance knowledge
• Extensive experience with multiple payroll and HRIS systems
• Previous HR leadership experience preferred, ideally at the Director level or above
• Someone comfortable wearing multiple hats
• A self-starter who enjoys building processes and relationships
• Someone who thrives in a flexible, entrepreneurial environment
• Consulting or fractional HR experience is a plus

Compenssation structure can be discussed in person and there will be an hourly rate for some work and a percentage of client billing for others.
