Billing Support Specialist

To enhance the patient experience, the full-time remote Billing Support Specialist will investigate and resolve complex billing issues by collaborating with patients, insurance providers, and internal teams while strengthening organizational billing processes. Key responsibilities Investigate and resolve billing concerns, ensuring timely and accurate resolutions for patients Collaborate with cross-functional partners and external stakeholders to address complex billing issues Document and manage case volume in a queue-based support role, maintaining high-quality standards Required qualifications 2+ years of experience in medical billing or revenue cycle operations, including insurance claims and patient billing Hands-on experience in a queue-based or ticket-based omnichannel support role Proven ability to independently resolve complex support issues with sound judgment and strong follow-through Experience communicating effectively with patients, vendors, and insurance companies Strong organizational skills and attention to detail in a fast-paced environment
