Team up with your co-workers to keep our donors coming back again and again  Standard Schedule (Charlottesville, Virginia):To best meet the needs of our donors and community, staff work a variable schedule which may include early mornings, late nights, weekends, and holidays. Schedule is provided two to three weeks in advance Pay Information:The salary range for this position is 60,200.00 - 80,300.00 - 100,400.00 annuallyWHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED (Minimum Qualifications):Bachelor’s degree OR a combination of education and work experience (four to eight years of work experience in a related field) is required Minimum two years of supervisory/leadership experience  Customer service experience and effective verbal communication skills are required. Ability to work a variable schedule including early mornings, late nights, weekends, and holidays. A current, valid driver's license with a good driving record is required.  Physical requirements may include the ability to lift, push or pull heavy weights up and down ramps and stairs, good manual dexterity, the ability to sit or stand for long periods of time and adapt to long, irregular hours and frequent schedule changes are required.  Basic computer skills are required.
