Dental Patient Relations Coordinator

Dental Patient Relations Coordinator - Bilingual (Polish Speaking) Cameo Dental Specialists - Elmhurst location We are seeking a friendly, organized, bilingual (Polish speaking) Dental Patient Relations Coordinator to join our team. You'll be the first point of contact for our patients, playing a vital role in delivering an excellent patient experience and supporting the smooth operation of our dental practice. Schedule: Full Time, Monday - Friday 8am-5pm and one Saturday a month *Must be open to traveling to other Cameo locations as needed Responsibilities Greet patients warmly and ensure a welcoming, professional environment Schedule and confirm appointments, manage provider calendars Answer phone calls, respond to inquiries, and manage patient communication Verify insurance coverage and obtain necessary pre-authorizations Process payments, handle billing, and maintain accurate financial records Maintain patient records and ensure accurate data entry Coordinate patient flow and assist with administrative support as needed Ensure compliance with patient confidentiality and HIPAA regulations Please note that additional responsibilities may be assigned Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent Bilingual (English/Polish) 1+ years of dental front office experience Preferred Skills Excellent communication and customer service skills Reliable, organized, and detail-oriented Experience with dental practice management software Proficiency with computers, including Microsoft Office applications Knowledge of dental insurance and billing procedures We Offer Competitive Compensation Benefits Package: Medical, Dental, Vision, 401K, Flexible Spending Accounts, Paid Time Off, Paid Holidays and much more!
