Vendor Maintenance Coordinator

Century Group is in search of an experienced Vendor Maintenance Coordinator to join a team in the DTC area. Qualified candidates with 2+ years of accounting/vendor experience are encouraged to apply. Local candidates only. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location. Expected starting base salary $24 to $26 per hour.


Job Description:

• Contact vendors via phone if they have to verify an address, have an address change, and grab banking information
  
  
• Compiling information and completing document for vendor's W9's
  
  
• IRS W9 matching
  
  
• Emailing with internal operations team and customer service team on vendor status
  
  
• Oracle experience (someone familiar will be working in it every day)
  
  
• Intermediate Excel, will have to take info from Excel and plug into Oracle
  
  
• Review and update AM2000 inactive vendors
  
  
• Process vendor paperwork submitted to WebCenter daily
  
  
• Be able to balance the typical daily tasks and then the vendor setups that come in and need to be completed asap
  
  
• Must understand the IRS guidelines pertaining to 1099 reporting requirements
  
  

Qualifications:

• Software: Oracle and Excel
  
  
• High school diploma or GED required
  
  
• 2 years of experience within AP department
  
  
• Strong vendor experience
  
  
• Basic accounting knowledge and concepts
