Senior Consultant, Executive Compensation

Seeking a full-time Senior Consultant, Executive Compensation, who will develop executive compensation committee materials, lead proxy statement development, and conduct job benchmarking and pricing in a remote work environment. Key responsibilities Develop Executive Compensation Committee materials, including decision-ready presentations on program design and governance updates Lead the drafting and coordination of proxy statements, ensuring accurate data and compliance with disclosures Conduct executive job benchmarking and pricing analyses to recommend competitive pay structures and incentive programs Required qualifications Experience in executive compensation, proxy development, and Compensation Committee support Strong analytical and modeling skills with complex data sets Knowledge of short-term and long-term incentive compensation design Familiarity with Workday or similar HRIS platforms Background in Technology or Financial Services consulting, including project management and process improvement
