Lyric HCM Practice Lead

ADP is hiring a Global Payroll Practice Leader. In this position you will be responsible for the execution of a comprehensive strategic plan to drive Global Payroll product sales plans through the field sales organization. Responsibilities Execute the product sales strategy for field sales. Drive sales in a geographic area of responsibility to meet the assigned product sales quotas. Act as the product liaison to Marketing team and sales liaison to Product team. Ensure the implementation and execution of marketing and opportunity identification programs. Assist in creation of sales messaging deployment. Assist with product sales education and coordinate training efforts relative to product sales. Create and deploy industry knowledge within the geographic area of responsibility. Travel to different geographic areas to participate in joint end‑user calls as the ADP channel sales liaison. Report market information regarding competitors' efforts in the channel, pricing awareness, sales inhibitors, and successes in the field. Champion and interface between sales management and other functional ADP groups (field sales, training, telesales, operations, marketing, etc.). Drive involvement of channel partners in the sales process with sales leadership through periodic reviews with focus on activity standards and referral activity, partner updates, and campaigns. Communicate: Provide progress updates to Senior Sales Leadership. Travel 20% of the time, including overnights. Perform other related duties as assigned. Qualifications Required 5+ years of experience in a product or channel marketing position or field sales management experience in a wide geographic area. Knowledge of the Global Payroll market. Knowledge of ADP Payroll products. Preferred Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or Business Administration. Previous business services and/or business software experience. Excellent verbal, written communication and presentation skills. Ability to conceptualize, negotiate and sell ideas internally and externally. Ability to generate and implement concepts, ideas, and plans while functioning in a flexible, constantly changing environment. Strong team player. Compensation & Benefits Base salary may vary based on location, skills, and experience. Some positions may include additional compensation in the form of bonus, equity or commissions. The compensation for this role is USD $85,200.00 - USD $173,100.00 per year*. *Actual compensation will not be less than the applicable minimum wage or minimum exempt salary requirement under federal, state and local laws.
