RN Schedule & Benefits:
- Schedule: Full-time shifts available on 3-11pm & 11-7am and Part-time shifts only available on 7-3pm
- Work today; get paid today option for immediate access to earned wages
- Comprehensive benefits package for full-time employees, including health, dental, vision, and paid time off (PTO)
- Ongoing training and career development opportunities
- Active New Jersey RN license in good standing
- Experience in long-term care is a plus
- Administer medications, perform treatments, and follow physicians' orders per resident care plans
- Monitor and assess residents' health, document changes, and communicate updates to the healthcare team
- Deliver compassionate, high-quality nursing care while ensuring residents' physical and emotional well-being
- Work collaboratively with nursing staff, physicians, and other healthcare professionals
- Maintain compliance with all healthcare regulations at the local, state, and federal levels
- Other responsibilities as assigned by the Director of Nursing or Administrator
