Watsco is looking for a Human Resources (HR) Generalist to join their team in Coconut Grove, Florida. In this role, you will manage payroll processing, benefits administration, and assist with onboarding and offboarding activities. You will collaborate closely with the Talent Experience team to ensure compliance and efficient HR practices.
