Job Title: General Labor/Painter

Job Description

We are looking for dependable, hardworking individuals to

join our team as Production Painters on both 1st and 3rd shifts. No previous

painting experience is required. We provide training for candidates who have a

strong work ethic, positive attitude, and willingness to learn.

In this role, you'll work in a modern production environment

coating parts in a spray booth. Parts are pre-loaded onto racks, and you'll

move them into the booth, apply coatings, and ensure a quality finish. This is

a hands-on position ideal for individuals who enjoy physical work and take

pride in producing quality products.

Responsibilities

• Apply coatings to parts in a spray booth following company training and procedures.
• Move and position pre-loaded racks for processing.
• Perform visual quality checks on finished products.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Follow all safety procedures and wear required protective equipment.
• Work as part of a team to meet daily production goals.

Qualifications

• No prior painting or powder coating experience required.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Ability to stand, walk, and perform physical work throughout the shift.
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic.
• Ability to follow instructions and safety guidelines.

Work Environment

You'll work in a clean, industrial production setting with

modern equipment designed for safety and comfort. Team members wear protective

paint suits and air-conditioned helmets while working in the spray booth.

Shifts available include:

• 3rd Shift: Sunday-Thursday, 10:30 PM-7:00 AM
• PAY: $20-24/hr

This position is perfect for candidates seeking a hands-on

important than previous experience.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Greenfield, IN.

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $24.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
