Concrete Flatwork Foreman

Job Opportunity
Summit Siteworks is an established concrete company that operates in the Fargo ND area. We value our employees and strive to provide a positive working atmosphere. Pay ranges between $33 - $40 per hour, depending on experience. Benefits include company paid health insurance, dental, vision and life insurance for the employee. Retirement plans include a pension and 401K with a 3% match. We host an annual holiday party that brings together employees and their families, with presents purchased for all. There is potential for a Christmas bonus and a spring bonus. Hours are days, Monday thru Friday with occasional Saturdays when needed.
Requirements/Duties:
- 5+ years experience
- Ability to research and examine data and factors that affect the cost of working with concrete
- Must be able to read and follow blueprints
- Must do an overview of quality of work, safety on job site, and care of equipment, trucks and trailers
- Must help shape and enforce all company policies and job descriptions
- Ability to work with job superintendents, engineers, architects, and homeowners in a professional and courteous manner at all times
- Responsible for the crew efficiency
- Must have correct information to the crew in a timely manner
- Responsible for reviewing weekly times to ensure accuracy
- Responsible for all job-related paperwork in a timely manner
- Lead by example
- Good communication skills
- Quick problem solving and conflict resolution abilities
- Ability to motivate without cursing and demeaning
