Position Overview

Job Source, Inc., a fast‑growing workforce solutions and staffing organization, is seeking a Financial Reporting Manager to lead GAAP financial reporting across a multi‑entity environment. This role requires strong technical accounting skills, experience in the business services industry, and ideally staffing industry exposure. The position also oversees ERP reporting and lifecycle management, with hands‑on experience in Sage Intacct strongly preferred. The ideal candidate brings proven leadership capabilities and experience managing large accounting teams.

Key Responsibilities

· Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual GAAP financial reporting for multiple entities.

· Oversee technical accounting, including revenue recognition, consolidations, accruals, and intercompany activity.

· Manage and optimize Sage Intacct reporting structures, chart of accounts governance, and system workflows.

· Direct audit preparation, lender reporting, and internal control documentation.

· Supervise and develop accounting staff; experience leading teams of 20+ is highly desirable.

· Drive process improvements to shorten close cycles and enhance reporting accuracy.

· Partner with operations, HR, payroll, and executive leadership to ensure timely and accurate financial insights.

· Support acquisition integration, including systems alignment, reporting consolidation, and control implementation.

Required Qualifications

· Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.

· 5–10+ years of progressive accounting and financial reporting experience.

· Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP.

· Experience in business services; staffing industry experience is a plus.

· Hands‑on experience with Sage Intacct or similar multi‑entity ERP systems.

· Demonstrated success in ERP lifecycle management.

· Supervisory experience; leadership of mid to large teams strongly preferred.

· Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.

· Ability to operate effectively in a fast‑paced, high‑growth environment.

Preferred Qualifications

· CPA or CPA‑track.

· Experience with multi‑state operations.

· Background in private‑equity‑backed or lender‑reporting environments.

· Experience with process automation or system integrations.
