As a Manager, you'll lead day-to-day operations and set the tone for both the guest and team experience.
- Lead, coach, and support team members across all departments
- Partner with the General Manager on hiring, training, and scheduling
- Ensure food quality, consistency, and full compliance with safety standards
- Monitor inventory and manage ordering to keep operations running smoothly
- Control food and labor costs to drive profitability
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized facility at all times
- Deliver a high-quality, distraction-free moviegoing experience
- Reinforce and uphold exceptional customer service standards
- Communicate clearly and professionally with staff and leadership
- Participate in management, operations, and marketing meetings
- Support scheduling, payroll oversight, and operational planning
- Execute opening, closing, and daily operational procedures
- 3+ years of management or leadership experience
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
- Ability to stay calm, adaptable, and effective in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and team-building skills
- Experience with inventory management and cost control
- Knowledge of kitchen operations and food safety (preferred)
- ServSafe and TIPS certifications (preferred)
- Ability to stand for extended periods (up to 6 hours)
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks (bending, reaching, etc.)
- Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to work approximately 45-50 hours per week
