What to Expect As a Financial Services Specialist, you will help manage Tesla's North American captive vehicle leasing, vehicle loan, and energy loan portfolio. Acting as a primary point of contact for customers, you will also collaborate with internal and external Tesla teams to service the portfolio. The right person for this job will be detailed‑oriented, extremely organized, and have the ability to work in a dynamic, fast‑paced environment. A successful candidate will be ready to take on more responsibilities related to operational efficiency and project management. Communication skills are key in this role as you will be working with customers over the phone and via email daily.
