Prepared Meals and Rotisserie Chicken Associate Pearland, TX Full time | Shifts may vary $17.00 - $25.00/hr* Position Summary Do you have a knack for helping people, following recipes, and staying organized? As a prepared meal and rotisserie chicken associate, you will prepare fresh food items daily for members, wrap, label, and store merchandise, and ensure products are ready to take home. You will also manage multiple tasks in a short amount of time while assisting members with bakery orders. Your smile can make the difference between a good shopping experience and a great one. What You’ll Do Have a passion for and experience with fresh food. Keep member satisfaction as your top priority. Be a solution seeker and innovator who tackles obstacles head on. Adapt quickly to changing work scenarios. Ensure high quality products are available in the prepared foods area. Maintain clean shelves, temperature control, verify expiration dates, and dispose of lower quality products. Prepare and serve ready to eat food. Maintain the sales floor in accordance with company policies, handling claims, returns, zoning, and organizing merchandise. Keep the work area clean, sanitized, and member ready. Collaborate with cross functional teams and help educate associates on tools and resources. Prepare food according to item specifications, plan future production, and adhere to food safety and sanitation standards. Leverage digital tools to drive sales and improve the shopping experience. Drive performance of the area, manage high exposure and expectations, and guide peers. Advocate for the department and club by providing high quality service and products. Comply with company policies and standards of ethics and integrity. Complete work assignments using policies, data, and resources while collaborating with managers and business partners. Minimum Qualifications Must be 18 years of age or older. Must successfully complete all required job training and assessments within a prescribed time period.
