We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team at our Fort Worth, Texas location. As a CNA at Avir at Parkview, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and support to our patients as they recover and heal.

Responsibilities:

• Assist patients with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming

• Provide supportive care and companionship to patients, promoting a sense of comfort and well-being

• Monitor and report patient condition to nursing staff and other healthcare professionals

• Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient care and treatment

• Support and assist with transfers, ambulations, and other mobility-related activities

• Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans

• Maintain a clean and safe patient environment, adhering to infection control protocols and safety standards

Requirements:

• Current certification as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) in the state of Texas

• High school diploma or equivalent required

• Ability to lift, bend, and transfer patients as needed

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
