Full-Time Accounting Clerk / BookkeeperPay: $20-$22 Dependant on Experience Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:00 PM (35 hours/week) Location: On-site, in Binghamton, NYAbout the OpportunityOur client is seeking a dependable Accounting Clerk / Bookkeeper to support day-to-day accounting and financial operations. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong QuickBooks experience who enjoys a variety of accounting and administrative responsibilities in a professional office environment.ResponsibilitiesProcess accounts payable and accounts receivable transactionsEnter invoices and maintain accurate financial recordsMaintain vendor and customer recordsGenerate financial reports as requestedAssist with general office and administrative duties related to accountingEnsure accuracy and confidentiality of financial informationQualificationsPrevious bookkeeping, accounting clerk, or accounting assistant experience preferredStrong proficiency with QuickBooks requiredKnowledge of accounting principles and financial recordkeepingStrong attention to detail and organizational skillsAbility to work independently and manage multiple prioritiesProficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly ExcelIdeal CandidateComfortable handling day-to-day bookkeeping functionsSelf-motivated and dependableStrong communication and problem-solving skillsLooking for a long-term opportunity with a stable organization
