Senior HR & Benefits Specialist - Drive Employee Experience

General RV

GENERAL RV CENTER in Wixom, Michigan, is seeking a Sr. Benefits & HR Specialist to spearhead HR projects related to employee benefits and compliance. This role will directly engage with vendors and ensure data accuracy within HR systems while supporting the overall employee experience. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in HR or Business, alongside 3-5 years of relevant HR experience, and excellent communication skills.
