Marketing and Dealer Relations Coordinator

Responsibilities
- Provide existing clients with information about upcoming sales and events by phone, email, social media.
- Engage with potential and inactive dealer customers to encourage participation in Metro Auto Auction.
- Assist dealers with accessing and navigating Metro Auto Auction’s website.
- Manage social media postings and email campaigns to increase followers and dealer attendance.
- Submit travel reimbursements promptly in accordance with company policy.
- Maintain accurate customer information and call notes in the CRM system.
- Deliver exceptional customer service and communicate dealer concerns to management.
- Create promotional artwork for auctions and dealer events.
- Execute promotional activities on sale days to enhance dealer engagement.
- Coordinate travel arrangements for customers as needed.
- Perform additional auction-related duties as requested by management.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma required.
- Marketing experience preferred; training provided for the right candidate.
- Bi-lingual Spanish preferred.
- Need to be able to lift up to 50 pounds, climb stairs and ladders.
- Valid AZ Driver's License required.
- Ability to learn and use specialty software effectively.
- Strong attention to detail and deadline-oriented.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and phone etiquette skills.
