Clinical Manager

The Solana East Cobb offers award winning, assisted living, and dementia care residences. At The Arbor Company the residents are at the center of everything we do. The Clinical Manager - Memory Care is a seasoned clinical professional with experience and a passion for caring for residents with dementia. As a leader in the Memory Care Neighborhood, they will oversee the daily clinical operations of the neighborhood alongside the Memory Care Program Director. This position is 32 hours per week Responsibilities Manage the Wellness Center Resident Assessments and Re-Assessments Resident Care Plans Resident admission and management of profiles in EMAR Medication management and incident reporting Excellent employee retention Alignment with Arbor standards for Programming, Dining, and the Environment Strong communication skills along with the ability to provide training and coaching on the latest approaches in care for the residents is required. An unwavering focus on customer service and resident and family relations is also critical in this role.
