Position Overview Ultimate Staffing is actively seeking a driven and skilled Business Development professional to join their client's dynamic manufacturing group in Fresno. This role is centered around cultivating and managing business relationships in the Fresno area, with a focus on driving sales growth and maintaining customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working in the agricultural, manufacturing, parts, and components industries. Responsibilities Engage in business development activities for the manufacturing group, focusing on the Fresno area. Perform cold calling and connect with previous customers to generate new business opportunities. Manage and nurture existing accounts to maintain and grow client relationships. Conduct 60-80% of sales activities outside, meeting clients and prospects face-to-face. Utilize knowledge and comfort within the agriculture, manufacturing, parts, and components sectors to drive success. Requirements Local candidate with experience and familiarity in the agricultural, manufacturing, parts, and components industries. Proven track record in business development and outside sales. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Benefits Competitive salary of $70,000 plus bonus opportunities.
