Position Type: Full Time Pay Rate: $21.00 / Hour Job Schedule: DayTimeMon07:00 AM - 03:00 PMTue07:00 AM - 03:00 PMWed07:00 AM - 03:00 PMThur07:00 AM - 03:00 PMFri07:00 AM - 03:00 PM What You’ll Do: Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and/or contractors by carrying out security‑related procedures, site‑specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a technology‑focused location. Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem‑solving manner, documenting observations and sharing relevant information with site contacts and Allied Universal leadership. Conduct regular and random patrols throughout buildings, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help deter unauthorized activity and report unusual conditions. Monitor access points and verify credentials, visitor activity, and/or deliveries in accordance with site protocols while supporting an orderly flow of people and materials. Support security‑related operations for a dynamic business environment where working conditions, schedules, and/or patrol routes may vary by location and business needs. Minimum Requirements: 2 or more years of security‑related experience is required. A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements. Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred. Access control and/or badge experience is preferred. Customer service experience is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
