As a CNC Tube Bending Technician in Marysville, MI, you’ll arrive to organized work orders, review blueprints, and prepare CNC machines and power benders for the day’s production runs. You’ll dial in setups to spec, verify tooling, and run first-piece checks to ensure tight tolerances before scaling to full production.

You’ll manage machine setups across changing jobs, monitor performance, and keep downtime low through sharp troubleshooting. When issues arise, you’ll diagnose root causes and implement fixes quickly. Finished parts move through your hands for careful deburring so every bend and edge meets quality standards. Throughout the shift, you’ll coordinate with teammates to maintain a safe, efficient, and clean work area.

• Set up and operate CNC equipment and power benders for metal tube forming with consistent quality.
• Prepare machines for production runs in line with drawings, specifications, and timelines.
• Troubleshoot process and mechanical issues to keep production on pace.
• Deburr components to deliver smooth, finished parts.
• Read and interpret blueprints to execute precise bending requirements.
• Collaborate with your team to support safety, efficiency, and throughput.

• Hands-on experience troubleshooting and maintaining production equipment.
