What You'll Do

• Provide outpatient Hematology/Oncology services in a clinic setting
• Collaborate with an integrated chemo treatment center and hospital team
• Maintain accurate documentation for all patient encounters
• Provide inpatient case logs for privileges, including two years of inpatient activity
• Ensure compliance with privileging and credentialing requirements
• Participate in quality assurance and clinical documentation efforts
• Deliver high-quality patient-centered care for diverse oncology cases

What You Need

• Current active CA RN or NP license
• DEA certification
• BLS certification
• Minimum 2 years of Hematology/Oncology experience (inpatient and outpatient)
• Ability to provide inpatient case logs for privileges
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Commitment to high standards of patient care and professional development
