Accounting Manager Key Responsibilities: - Lead the monthly close across a multi-entity organization and oversee technical accounting activities. - Manage and mentor a team while overseeing the general ledger, AP, AR, payroll, and financial operations. - Drive process improvements, accounting cleanup, and system enhancements to support continued growth. - Lead acquisition integrations, standardize accounting processes, and build scalable internal controls. - Partner with executive leadership on financial reporting, audit support, lender reporting, and strategic initiatives. Accounting Manager Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA preferred. - 5+ years of progressive accounting experience with prior leadership responsibility. - Strong technical accounting, month-end close, and multi-entity accounting experience. - Hands-on leader who enjoys building processes in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. - Experience with ERP/accounting systems; QuickBooks Enterprise experience is a plus. #INJUL2026 #LI-MP1
