Schedule: Tuesday-Saturday Hours: 9:00am-5:30pm Experience in dispatching, transportation, driver support, and/or last mile delivery is preferred In this position you'll play a key role in supporting our Final Mile operations. You'll be responsible for: Administer pre delivery confirmations Monitor contractor COI's Provide real time route support for drivers Scheduling deliveries Providing support to retail client and end user customers Supporting end of day logistics operations, and driver check in Accurate data logging, billing, maintaining records Learn more about this role by following the link below: Summary Under general supervision, the Operations Coordinator II performs clerical functions including receiving, classifying, reconciling, consolidating and summarizing of documents and information. Maintains records or logs. Verifies completion and accuracy of information. Sets up and maintains files and records. Essential Functions Responsible for providing administrative support to the department: filing, opening mail, typing and answering phones Additional Responsibilities Performs other duties as assigned.
