Support Engineer / Analysts

Responsibilities Follow instruction from the Lead Technical Proctor, Site-IT, and those responsible for the back‑up wifi Collaborate with administrators, proctors, and on‑site staff Document all technical issues where support was required and backup devices were deployed using designated reporting form Back‑up laptop responsibility Know when to deploy backup laptops Keep track of all backup devices during testing Ensure devices are ready‑to‑use throughout testing Additional Skills & Qualifications Help desk support, Technical support, troubleshoot hardware, customer support Must pass certification exam. Training will be provided by TEKsystems. Experience Level Intermediate Level Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of Salem, OR. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $35.00 - $35.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
