Product Manager job in Phoenix, Arizona is available with Moseley Technical Services Global Leader of specialty gas delivery systems, precursor delivery systems, and associated platform technologies . In this job you will own the product vision, technical roadmap, lifecycle management strategy, and commercialization of products serving as the primary bridge between customers, sales, engineering, operations, and executive leadership. The Product Manager plays a pivotal role in transforming the company from a custom-engineered project business into a scalable platform-based product organization by driving standardization, product innovation, and disciplined portfolio management.

 

Responsibilities

• Own the global product strategy and lifecycle management of Spec Gas and Precursor Delivery Equipment portfolio.
• Develop multi-year technology and product roadmaps aligned with semiconductor industry trends, requirements, and growth objectives.
• Establish and maintain product performance metrics including revenue growth, market adoption, margin performance, quality, and customer satisfaction.
• Serve as the primary technical product authority for customers, sales teams, channel partners, and internal stakeholders.
• Develop strong relationships with semiconductor manufacturers, OEMs, EPC firms, and technology partners
• Partner closely with global sales teams to support strategic opportunities and help secure key customer contracts.
• Articulate product capabilities, differentiators, value propositions, and technology roadmaps to customers and stakeholders.
• Monitor competitive technologies, market developments, emerging process technologies, and regional investment activities.
• Support commercial strategy through product positioning, competitive analysis, pricing guidance, and value-based selling approaches.
• Develop product training materials to improve sales effectiveness and market penetration.

 

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Chemistry, Materials Science, Chemical Engineering, or related technical discipline required; advanced degree preferred.
• 7+ years of experience in Product Management, Product Engineering, Applications Engineering, or related technical leadership roles.
• Strong experience in semiconductor capital equipment, specialty gas delivery systems, precursor delivery systems, or adjacent high-purity process equipment markets.
• Deep understanding of semiconductor manufacturing processes, gas delivery technologies, and fab infrastructure requirements.
• Demonstrated success developing product strategies, technology roadmaps, and portfolio management plans.
• Ability to interpret customer specifications, process requirements, P&IDs, and engineering documentation.
• Experience managing products throughout the full lifecycle from concept through end-of-life.
• Ability to balance long-term strategic planning with day-to-day execution and customer support.
