Medical Sales Representative

Fallstaff Search is partnering with a growing medical device company to identify a Medical Sales Representative for the Detroit market. This is an opportunity to join an innovative organization focused on advancing treatment options for patients suffering from chronic pain. Established reps are making $250k+ The company offers a differentiated peripheral nerve stimulation (PNS) platform designed to provide targeted, minimally invasive, non-opioid pain relief. The technology is used across a range of chronic pain indications, including persistent pain associated with the knee, foot and ankle, shoulder, low back/SI joint, and other peripheral nerves. The Medical Sales Representative will be responsible for developing and growing the Detroit territory by building relationships with physicians, identifying appropriate patients, driving adoption of the technology, and supporting accounts throughout the patient and procedural pathway. Primary call points include: Orthopedic surgeons Pain management specialists Spine physicians and surgeons Foot & ankle specialists Other physicians treating chronic peripheral nerve pain The company has an expanding presence within orthopedics, including physician education around PNS as a treatment option for persistent post-surgical and chronic orthopedic pain. We are especially interested in candidates who bring an established network and can leverage existing relationships within the Detroit market. Preferred backgrounds include: Current orthopedic medical device sales with established physician relationships Neuromodulation, peripheral nerve stimulation, spinal cord stimulation, or pain management sales experience Experience selling implantable or procedural medical devices Existing relationships with orthopedic surgeons, interventional pain physicians, spine specialists, or related call points Proven ability to develop a territory and generate new business Strong clinical aptitude and comfort supporting physicians around procedures and patient care Entrepreneurial, competitive, and motivated by building a market Year 1 OTE: $150,000–$175,000 Gas covered Equity Full benefits package This is an opportunity to get behind an innovative technology in a growing segment of the medical device industry while building a meaningful territory in the Detroit market. #J-18808-Ljbffr
