Job Description Summary: This job is responsible for influencing executive-level decision-making and establishing overall business expansion strategies with significant impact on PayPal's success. They identify and execute strategic initiatives that drive growth, analyze market trends, and collaborate with cross-functional teams. The monitor and assess the impact of strategic initiatives, ensuring alignment with PayPal's objectives. Job Description: Essential Responsibilities: Identify and execute inorganic growth strategies and opportunities for business expansion Oversee all deal stages from idea generation to financial modeling, due diligence, and negotiations Coordinate cross-functional teams and serve as primary contact for target companies Mentor and guide deal team members in sourcing, financial modeling, and diligence Develop strategic plans aligned with the company’s long-term objectives Collaborate with executives to make informed decisions with sound judgment Lead high-performing teams through training, evaluations, and culture development Identify collaboration opportunities and foster learning from portfolio companies Provide strategic insights and market intelligence to drive value for PayPal and portfolio companies Manage day-to-day fund operations and relationships with third-party vendors Minimum Qualifications: Minimum of 15 years of relevant work experience and a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. Additional Responsibilities And Preferred Qualifications The base pay for this role will depend on where you work and the relevant experience and expertise you bring. The expected range of pay for this role by location is: Primary Location : Pay Range: San Jose, California : ($196,500.00 - $291,500.00 Annually) Additional Location(s) : Pay Range: No other locations are assigned to this requisition currently.
