Quality Technician

Job Title: Quality Technician - NCE Investigation Location: Newark, DE Duration: 12 months Job Summary We are seeking a Quality Technician with 3 4 years of experience in quality assurance and manufacturing environments, preferably within the Medical Device industry. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Non-Conformance Event (NCE) Investigations, quality systems, root cause analysis, and corrective/preventive actions to support compliance with regulatory and quality standards. Key Responsibilities Perform and support Non-Conformance Event (NCE) investigations Document, analyze, and resolve quality-related issues in accordance with established procedures Assist in root cause analysis and implementation of Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA Review manufacturing and quality records to ensure compliance with internal procedures and regulatory requirements Support product and process quality improvements through data collection and trend analysis Participate in internal audits, inspections, and quality system activities Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Manufacturing, Engineering, Regulatory Affairs, and Quality Assurance Ensure compliance with FDA, ISO 13485, GMP, and company quality standards Maintain accurate documentation and investigation records Assist with complaint investigations, deviations, and quality reporting activities as required Required Qualificatio Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Quality, Engineering, Life Sciences, or a related field. 3 4 years of experience as a Quality Technician or in a related quality role. Experience conducting NCE (Non-Conformance Event) investigations. Strong understanding of quality systems and documentation practices. Experience with root cause analysis tools and CAPA processes.
