You will work closely with Navy clients to develop a strategy addressing their major data-driven transformation utilizing agile principles and methodologies. Leveraging experience in organizational transformation, change management, and strategic planning and execution, you’ll apply a data-driven, human-centered approach to diagnose challenges, uncover performance drivers, and design solutions that elevate organizational effectiveness.In this role, you will analyze the interactions between people, processes, and technology to provide actionable insights to senior leaders. The projected compensation range for this position is $77,600.00 to $176,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
