Join us and be part of a company where your impact truly matters.**What You'll Do as an Apartment Leasing Manager:**We're seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Leasing Manager who can oversee leasing operations while supporting the daily functions of the community. In this role, you will:* Lease apartments to maintain strong occupancy and contribute to revenue goals* Manage rent collection, posting of rent, and issuance of late notices* Assist with accepting move out notices, service requests, and resident transfer requests* Support managerial duties and help ensure smooth daily operations* Maintain confidentiality of all resident information and documentation* Prepare reports, administrative paperwork, and required leasing documentation* Assist in maintaining an active social media presence to increase visibility and generate traffic* Support, coach, and help develop the Leasing Agent to strengthen leasing performance* Provide exceptional customer service to residents and prospective renters* Work collaboratively with the Property Manager and onsite team to support community success**What We're Looking For in the Apartment Leasing Manager:*** **Minimum 2 Years previous experience as an Assistant Manager in the apartment industry with strong leasing experience (REQUIRED)*** Strong sales and leasing skills with a proven ability to close* Excellent customer service and communication abilities* Professional demeanor, appearance, and work ethic* Flexible schedule – **some weekends are REQUIRED*** Social media or marketing content creation experience strongly preferred* Stable work history* Valid driver's license and reliable transportation* Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus, but not required* **Important:** Candidates must live within a **20-mile radius of the property** or be willing to relocate.**What Adara Offers You:*** Competitive pay* Excellent commission opportunities* Medical, Dental, Vision, & Life Insurance* Generous PTO* Rental housing discounts* A supportive, people-first culture* **Salary Range:** $21-$24/hourIf you're an experienced leasing professional with exceptional sales and customer service skills looking for a community and company that values your expertise, we'd love to hear from you.
