Senior Tax Accountant - Estate & Trust

We are currently seeking a Senior Tax Accountant specializing in Estate and Trust to join our growing team. This position is responsible for managing client assignments and engagement projects while delivering high-quality tax and consulting services to closely held businesses, individuals, estates, and trusts. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical expertise in estate and trust taxation, along with the ability to independently manage projects, mentor staff, and contribute to the continued growth of the practice.

The Senior E&T Accountant will work closely with partners and managers on tax planning and compliance matters, including the preparation of complex business, individual, estate, and trust tax returns. Responsibilities include reviewing trust agreements and wills, conducting tax research, identifying appropriate filing requirements and estate structures, and assisting clients with ongoing financial and tax planning needs.

This role also involves coaching and developing team members, supporting firm initiatives, and identifying opportunities to improve engagement efficiency and profitability. Candidates should demonstrate strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain exceptional client service standards.
