This position will also conduct full‑cycle recruitment to source the best talent for Keswick, as well as maintain effective programs for recruitment and retention. The TAM will collaborate with the leadership team across multiple departments to fill positions in a timely manner. What will I do as a Talent Acquisition Manager? Provide professional expertise and support in the design, development, and implementation of the talent review process that is required to achieve business goals. Collect, analyze, and maintain data gathered to inform recruitment and retention programs. Research and assist in the development of programs that focus on enabling the workforce to achieve improvements in recruitment, onboarding, and retention. Serve as business partner with hiring managers to develop effective sourcing and recruitment strategies. Develop, initiate, and maintain effective programs for workforce retention. Lead the recruitment and corporate onboarding process. Conduct presentations and training. Ensure that organization‑wide talent management initiatives are focused and aligned with improving operational and program efficiencies and effectiveness. Recruit, full‑time, part‑time, PRN, temporary, and contractual team members. Manage the full life cycle recruitment (post, source, pre‑screen, schedule, background, references, offer, onboarding, etc.). Complete the hiring process within defined metrics to minimize the overall time to start. Develop appropriate marketing strategies to ensure an effective and efficient recruitment lifecycle while minimizing cost per hire. Use data from HRIS to collect and coordinate aggregate data for the talent pool and translate that data into insights through analysis that drives deliberate recruitment action plans. Develop and implement creative and innovative sourcing strategies and techniques to build a pipeline of qualified candidates. Work with management to ensure a timely understanding of current and future workforce needs and implement improvements to staffing processes, including sourcing and selection. Develop and maintain a network of contacts to help identify and source qualified candidates. Manage the applicant tracking system. Lead team member branding efforts, team member website, social media platforms, and other recruitment initiatives. Responsible for job advertising in various media and coordinate the development of recruitment materials. Serve as the lead Keswick representative in building relationships with workforce development organizations and nurturing growth in alignment with Keswick’s strategic direction. Represent Keswick in these relationships at in‑person and virtual recruitment and related meetings and events for workforce development. Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of these initiatives in collaboration with other internal stakeholders and adjust as necessary. Make presentations, develop and maintain contacts with schools, alumni groups, and other public organizations to find and attract applicants. Develop and coordinate internal job posting and referral program. Accountable for the overall performance of the recruitment budget. Accountable to remain up to date on recruitment‑related education and recertification requirements. Perform other related duties as required. What is required in this position? A minimum of five years’ recruiting experience is required. Minimum of two years of experience in human resources, preferably in a health care setting. A bachelor’s degree (BA/BS) in human resource management or a related field is preferred. Knowledge of employment laws. SHRM/PHR certification preferred.
